In this update:

  • we farewell Adel Salmanzadeh, who has been a valued Senior Advisor: Refugee and Migrant Support in Auckland for the last ten years, and welcome new people to our team. 
  • we look at statistics from the latest ESOL funding payment, made for 53,910 students during the Level 4 lockdown.  
  • we introduce the draft ELLP Pathway resources. We look forward to your feedback as you get to know these resources.  
  • the 'Spotlight on Schools' focuses on the important role that the ESOL teacher plays in integrating the use of digital tools and resources for teachers and learners at Papatoetoe East School.
